Using the store

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or contacting us. If you are under 18, you may use the store only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or security, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the store for unlawful activity.

Products and pricing

We try to present product descriptions, shade names, photographs, ingredients, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings and lighting can affect how a colour appears, so a displayed shade may not look identical on every device or skin tone.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes where stated. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before payment. We may correct genuine typographical, pricing, or technical errors before dispatch and will contact you if an accepted order is affected.

Orders and payments

An order acknowledgement does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch for stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, an incorrect price, delivery restrictions, or another reasonable operational or legal reason. If payment has been captured for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We are not responsible for a bank or payment provider declining or delaying a transaction.

Delivery, cancellation, and returns

Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by address accuracy, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather, security restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control.

A cancellation request can be considered only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled as a normal cancellation.

Because cosmetics and eye products are hygiene-sensitive, general returns and exchanges are not accepted. Genuine damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product cases are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Reviews, content, and intellectual property

The FEEO Beauty name, logos, product artwork, packaging, photographs, copy, graphics, and store design are owned by or licensed to FEEO Beauty and are protected by applicable law. They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without written permission.

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, or other content, you confirm it is honest, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You allow us to store, moderate, display, and use that content for operating and promoting FEEO Beauty, with attribution where appropriate. We may remove spam, abusive content, private information, or content unrelated to a genuine product experience.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the store available and accurate, but temporary interruption, maintenance, or technical errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, FEEO Beauty is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

Our total liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud or a customer's mandatory statutory rights.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law and any mandatory forum rights, disputes will be subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Delhi.

We may update these terms to reflect store, product, operational, or legal changes. Continued use after an update means the current terms apply to later activity.
