For hygiene and product-safety reasons, FEEO Beauty products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, shade preference, or an opened or used product. We will, however, resolve genuine damaged, defective, wrong, or missing product cases.
Eligible product issues
You may contact us when:
- the product arrived physically damaged;
- the product has a genuine manufacturing defect;
- you received a different product or shade from the one ordered;
- an item shown as delivered in the package is missing; or
- the parcel was visibly tampered with before opening.
The issue must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. Requests received after this window may not be accepted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
What is not eligible
- change of mind, accidental order, or shade preference;
- minor shade variation caused by screen, lighting, or skin tone differences;
- a product opened, tested, swatched, or used when no defect is shown in the opening video;
- damage caused after delivery by storage, mishandling, sharpening, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions;
- normal wear, a nearly finished product, or a claim based only on personal preference;
- a free gift or promotional item, unless it arrived damaged or wrong; or
- a request without the required order details and clear continuous unboxing video.
Unboxing video is required
The continuous video must begin with the sealed shipping package and readable shipping label, show every side of the parcel, capture the complete opening without cuts or pauses, and clearly show the product issue.
A short clip recorded after the parcel has already been opened, an edited video, screenshots alone, or unclear footage may not be sufficient to verify transit damage, a wrong product, or a missing item. Keep the outer packaging, invoice, product box, labels, and affected product until the case is closed.
How to report an issue
- Email teamfeeobeauty@gmail.com or use the Contact page within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Share your order number, registered name, phone number, and a clear description of the issue.
- Attach the continuous unboxing video and clear photographs of the product, batch details, packaging, and shipping label.
- Do not discard or return anything until FEEO Care confirms the next step.
We may ask for additional information or arrange collection of the affected product where required. Sending an item without approval does not guarantee acceptance.
Replacement or refund
After verification, FEEO Beauty may offer a replacement, send the correct or missing product, or approve a refund, depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue.
An approved replacement, return arrangement, or refund will be initiated within 7 business days after the claim is approved and any required product collection or verification is completed. A bank, card issuer, payment provider, or courier may take additional time outside our control.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Delivery charges are refunded only when the complete order is accepted for return because of our error or a verified product issue. No cash refund is issued for a prepaid order.
Order cancellation
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We can consider cancellation only before dispatch. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, normal cancellation is not available.
